The exterior
villa accommodation were constructed using traditional stone, wood and
tiles, the handcrafted stucco walls throughout retain the feel of an authentic
Mallorcan villa and traditional 'Tela de Lenguas' fabrics, which are hand-crafted
on the island have been used in the public areas.
The
Oleum Restaurant is the hotel's main restaurant. The word 'Oleum' is
Latin for olive oil - considered to be the liquid gold of the Mediterranean.
The restaurant offers a stylish and intimate environment featuring a beautifully
restored period olive oil press that dates back to the 17th century, which
although is not being used, is in complete working order.
Son
Net's beauty ? treatment centre is a place where wellness is nurtured amid
the peaceful setting of the Mallorcan countryside; delivering a holistic
approach by expert practitioner, Jeanne Lurie who is also a yoga master
and experienced Pilates teacher. Massages can be enjoyed either in
the La Fuente centre in the hotel or in the privacy of a poolside cabana
in the open air.
