About La Buganvilla:

La Buganvilla is a small, studio home on the property of the owner’s home.and guests will have access through the main gate. However, the studio has a private entrance for guests and has shared access to the swimming pool..

The studio has been newly renovated and is around 50 square metres, with a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped American kitchen. Moreover, the studio has a 140-cm sofa bed and a single folding bed, making it ideal for a couple.

On the terrace, guests can relax on outdoor furniture and take a dip in the pool. However, guests should be aware that the owners and their son also use the pool.

When visiting in winter, the studio’s living area has a double-sided fireplace to keep guests cozy after a day of exploring the area.

Activities and attractions at Villa Buganvilla:

• A quaint village of Bocairent, an International Tourism Heritage is 10 km from the studio, and you can arrange a tour in a hot air balloon from the village.
• The property is 40 kms from the nearest beach. (Gandia), 1 hour to Denia, Javea, Moraira, etc.
• Excellent hiking trails are available through the mountains in the area, one of the most recommended tourism location. The hiking route off Barranc dels Tarongers can be seen in the photo.
• Horseback riding routes are available from an equestrian center 15 km from the property, as well as customized riding lessons with availability only on weekends.
• Guests visiting at the end of August can experience the iconic Moros y Cristianos Festival with conquests and encounters between the Moors and Christian remembered annually.

• The village of Fontanars dels Alforins is 20 km from La Buganvilla and is dubbed the Tuscany of Valencia. Here guests can visit wineries and vineyards enjoy wine tasting and beautiful landscapes in the heart of the Valencian mountains.
• Valencia Airport and Alicante Airport are both a one-hour drive away from the property.
• Spain’s capital of Madrid is 3.5 hours drive from the property by car, while Barcelona is around a 4-hour drive from La Buganvilla.
• To explore the area, the property owners offer a two-seater, convertible Mercedes car for rent during the stay.
